Lost River Camps

If I was camping by the Orange river in s africa and found a rough diamond about half the size of a .?

golf ball, I cant be allowed to carry a rough in that country so I hid It what should I do ( If I went back to test it and it is real)??

1. Sell it to a jeweler if it of decent quality.
2. If it is real, you have the choice of turning it over to the authorities (and likely getting little or nothing in return), or taking advantage of the black market and risking your life for the possible profit. Smuggling it out across the Orange River through Namibia probably isn't any safer.
